Máy bơm bánh răng CIG (Crescent Internal Gear) được sản xuất chủ yếu cho các ứng dụng năng lượng chất lỏng và trạm kiểm tra nhiên liệu máy bay.
Chúng có sẵn ở nhiều giai đoạn cho áp suất rất cao hoặc áp suất vừa phải đối với nhiên liệu có độ nhớt rất thấp. Máy bơm cũng có sẵn với cấu hình bơm đôi có chung một cổng đầu vào nhưng cung cấp hai dòng chảy độc lập để hỗ trợ nhiều chức năng của máy.
Cấu hình răng được cấp bằng sáng chế của máy bơm CIG giúp tránh bẫy chất lỏng. Kết quả là máy bơm có nhịp đập rất thấp, hiệu suất cao cực kỳ yên tĩnh.
Máy bơm đơn có sẵn với 54 mẫu khác nhau và máy bơm đôi với hơn 1300 kiểu kết hợp khác nhau.
Tốc độ dòng bơm đơn từ 1 đến 125 GPM (4 đến 475 L/M) với mức áp suất liên tục đến 5000 PSIG (345 BAR).
Máy bơm có sẵn trong cấu hình đơn và đôi. Máy bơm đôi có một cổng vào chung và hai cổng xả độc lập. Máy bơm có thể được cung cấp theo một số cách bố trí dàn cho phép khả năng chịu áp suất rất cao hoặc áp suất cao ở độ nhớt thấp.

IMO Filtration- Inlet strainers are required to keep contaminants and abrasives out of the pump. They must be selected in consultation with the strainer vendor to prevent pump starvation. Normally, 60 mesh (0.01 inch- 238 micron) for light and 1/8-3/16 inch (3-5mm) openings for heavy oils are recommended.
Maximum Speed- Do not exceed 1800 RPM pumping residual fuels or crude oil due to the presence of abrasives and contaminants.

IMO Gear Pumps
CIG (Crescent Internal Gear) pumps are produced primarily for fluid power applications and aircraft fuel test stands.
They are available in multiple stages for very high pressure or moderate pressure on very low viscosity fuels. Pumps are also available in double pump configurations which share a common inlet port but deliver two independent flows for supporting multiple machine functions.
The patented tooth profile of CIG pumps avoids trapping fluid. The result is a very low pulsation, extremely quiet high efficiency pump.
Single pumps are available in 54 different models and double pumps in over 1300 different combinations.
IMO Single pump flow rates from 1 to 125 GPM ( 4 to 475 L/M) with continuous pressure ratings to 5000 PSIG (345 BAR).
IMO Pumps are available in single and double configurations. The double pumps have a common inlet port and two independent discharge ports. Pumps can be provided in a number of staging arrangements allowing very high pressure capability or high pressure at low viscosity.

IMO Navy/Marine Pumps:
Imo supplies 3-screw pumps for engine room services such as fuel oil transfer, boost, stripping and burner. Fuels handled, range from heavy bunker fuels to light jet fuels. Imo pumps are also manufactured for lubrication service for diesel engines, gas and steam turbines, reduction gearing, generator sets, blowers and other similar equipment. Pumps can be supplied to commercial marine standards or to full military specifications including US Navy shock, vibration and noise requirements.
Imo Pump’s Warren facility manufactures both commercial marine and full combat ship capable centrifugal pumps for services that include all seawater applications as well as fresh, chilled, condensate, feed and potable water for Navy and Commercial Marine vessels. Warren also supplies centrifugal pumps for cargo oil as well as ballast applications. Composite centrifugal pump parts manufactured from Simsite are also supplied to the US Navy.

overpressure. It is not intended to be a pressure control device. Minimum set pressure is 45 PSID (3.1 BAR). Maximum set pressure is 255 PSID (17.6 BAR). Steel cased pumps can include an optional
built-on, tamper resistant relief valve with external return to tank connection.

Bơm IMO Series 4SFC: The 4SFC series pump is intended primarily as a medium pressure fluid power pump. It is available foot or flange mounted (Nominal flow rate, GPM/LPM, at 1160 PSI (80 BAR), 185
SSU (40 CST): 0200R0200, 0200R0300; 0200R0400, 0250R0380, 0250R0500, 0250R0700.
IMO Casing- High tensile, close grain cast iron.
IMO Rotor Housing- Aluminum alloy.
IMO Rotors- Alloy steel hardened.
IMO O-ring- Buna N.
IMO Seal & Bearing- Buna N lip seal and an internal ball bearing.
IMO Accessories- Foot bracket available as a separate item. Completely mounted, built to order pump/driver assemblies are available with baseplates, etc.
Outlet Pressure- 1450 PSIG (100 BAR) maximum.
Inlet Pressure- 15 PSIG (1 BAR) maximum; 7 PSIA (0.5 BAR) minimum.
Viscosity- 100 to 330 SSU (20 to 75 CST). Hydraulic oils and lube oils can be handled per standard pump ratings.
Temperature- 0 to 160°F (-18 to 71°C).
Drive- Direct only.
IMO Rotation- Clockwise facing pump shaft.
IMO Mounting- May be foot or flange mounted in any attitude.
IMO Filtration- 74 micron inlet filtration recommended.
Connections- Inlets and outlets are SAE female straight thread for O-ring straight thread fittings. Inlet heads are rotatable in 180° increments relative to the discharge port.
Maximum Speed*- 3600 RPM maximum.
