Asynchronous Brake Motors

Asynchronous self-braking electric motors are systems that combine an asynchronous, three-phase or single-phase motor, and a steel disk brake, all in a single unit. Self-braking electric motors are indicated in all cases where it is crucial to minimize stopping times, while maintaining the typical advantages of asynchronous motors. Given the extreme precision in braking, the self-braking electric motors are particularly suitable for use in lifting machinery (hoists, hoists, etc.) and handling.

Compact asynchronous electric motors are space-saving motors, suitable for all those applications where there are limited spaces and unusual orientations, and therefore a high torque density is required.

Compact Motor, extruded alloy casing, with cage rotor, closed, external fan
Radial reduced shape suitable for usage in the reduced space of the cutting machines.
Execution with d.c. safety brake also available.
